Our recent stay at the Guest House 'Il Cortile di Elisa' was a truly pleasant experience. This lovely residence, located in a very central area of Lucca, offered a perfect balance of comfort and convenience. The accommodation, equipped with towels, a hairdryer and even a hair diffuser (a small touch of attention rarely found), was clean and well maintained. The new and stylish decor added a fresh and modern touch to the ambience. Simone, the owner, stood out for his helpfulness and kindness. He was always ready to answer our questions, making our stay even more comfortable. In terms of parking, we recommend leaving your car outside the city walls. The daily cost is 8 euro, but you can also opt for an hourly rate of 0.50 euro. All in all, 'Il Cortile di Elisa' is an address to mark for those who want a cosy and strategic accommodation in Lucca. We will certainly not hesitate to return.

The comfort and style of room and lovely courtyard setting made his the perfect stay for our week in Lucca. Very quiet location. The hosts are super helpful with information about the area and recommendations for restaurants . High standards for cleanliness. The hosts kindly provide use of bicycles which we had great fun cycling the walls of Lucca. Highlight of our stay was the Puccini Opera night.

This place is just amazing! It was one of the best accommodations I've ever been in Italy. Let's start with a location: it's on a quiet street in the city centre. There are several restaurants, wine bars, and cafés within a few minutes walk. Our room was clean and tidy, and it's a cosy interior design. There is a courtyard, which you can use. It's so relaxing to hang around there. Our hosts were super nice and friendly. They provided every information a traveller might need to enjoy Lucca. And the bonus: there were nice bicycles to use! Lucca is a very bicycle-friendly city. Riding a bike here is a fun way to get to know the city. Absolutely recommended place!
